MCa is a specialist consultancy in economics, market analysis and strategy. We are involved in: developing regional and city strategies; assessing market demand; modelling major projects; analysing economic impacts; undertaking feasibility studies; and preparing business cases. We have particular expertise in assessing projects within the spatial context of cities and major regions.

  • Market demand: Demand analysis is an important part of feasibility assessments. We undertake assessments of the long term demand for services and space (industrial, commercial ,retail and community).
  • Business cases: We are involved with feasibility studies and business cases covering projects in tourism (accommodation, conference/exhibition centres, regional airports, marinas, visitor centres, cafes/restaurants, harbour precincts, ferry services); sports and recreation (golf courses, aquatic centres, stadiums, training facilities, mountain bike trails); and city infrastructure (retail, offices, community facilities).
