MCa advises private sector and government clients in the areas of knowledge industries and skills. We have practical expertise in the analysis of regions, industries, employment and industry skill requirements. This is combined with a deep knowledge of vocational education and training.
Our knowledge industries work has included: assessments of industry sectors and their future development; preparation of projections of future employment and skill requirements; and the development of new programs for skills development. We have also been involved in assessing the feasibility of education and training facilities and reviewing programs.
Our industry experience covers sectors including: agribusiness, tourism, business services, biotechnology, medical research, health services, retail, cultural and creative industries (including digital content industries) professional services and education (higher education, vocational education and training, and secondary school programs).
We have been retained by government agencies, TAFE Institutes, Universities, local Councils, and Local Learning and Employment Networks (LLENs) to undertake work on employment, future skills, and education and training requirements.
