- Business cases: We are involved with feasibility studies and business cases covering projects in tourism (accommodation, conference/exhibition centres, regional airports, marinas, visitor centres, cafes/restaurants, harbour precincts, ferry services); sports and recreation (golf courses, aquatic centres, stadiums, training facilities, mountain bike trails); and city infrastructure (retail, offices, community facilities).
